Q. What are check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is at noon.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Reservations must be cancelled by 6 pm 48 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night's room and tax.
Q. Is parking available at the Hilton?
A. Self Parking is available in our structure located on 5th Street, $25 overnight. Nearby alternate parking is also available. Parking Map
Q. Are refrigerators, cribs or rollaway beds available?
A. Yes, these items are available upon request, as follows

â€¢ Rollaway: $35 per stay
â€¢ Refrigerator: $35 per stay
Q. Is there a Concierge Service?
A. Concierge Service is available by calling (414) 271-7250. The Concierge desk is located on the 2nd floor lobby of the hotel and will be happy to assist with special requests.
Q. Are there dining facilities inside the Hilton?
A. Yes, the hotel has 5 food and beverge outlets including Milwaukee Chophouse, Miller Time Pub & Grill, and Starbucks®. Please see dining for more information.
Q. How far is the nearest airport?
A. General Mitchell International Airport is 9 miles South of the HIlton. (12 minute drive.)
Q. Does the Hilton Milwaukee have a shuttle to/from Mitchell International Airport?
A. The hotel does not have an airport shuttle, however there are shuttles located at the airport luggage claim area, as well as taxis available.
Q. We will be driving to the hotel and need directions to the hotel.
A. HIlton Milwaukee is conveniently located in Downtown Milwaukee on 5th and Wisconsin Ave. Please see directions for details.
Q. Do you have high speed Internet access in the guestrooms? If so, what are the charges?
A. Yes, high speed wireless Internet access is available in all guestrooms. For computers without a wireless card, adapters are available at the front desk. High speed Internet access is $9.95 per 24 day.
Q. We will arrive before check-in, are we allowed to store our luggage?
A. Your luggage will gladly be stored at no charge until your check-in.
Q. Are there hairdryers in the rooms?

Q. Do you have room service and what are the hours?
A. Yes, room service is available 6 am to midnight, 7 days a week.
