Hilton Milwaukee Chef The Hilton Milwaukee is known for its impeccable service and extensive culinary talent.  Our Executive Chef, Bill Doyle has an impressive background. Bill joins the Hilton after having most recently served as Executive Chef at our sister property, the InterContinental Milwaukee.   During his time at the InterContinental Chef Bill was instrumental in putting together an excellent culinary program.  Prior to joining Marcus Hotels and Resorts, Bill spent several years at the Tulsa, Oklahoma Renaissance Hotel as Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef. In addition to Bill’s twenty years of culinary leadership experience, Bill is a certified chef through the American Culinary Federation and is recognized as an approved culinary evaluator. Bill is also accomplished in the art of ice carving.  He brings his expertise to all menus within the Hilton Milwaukee to provide an exquisite downtown Milwaukee dining experience. He places a special emphasis on creating memorable menus for your special event or your big day.
